February Empower Hour

Self-Love is so sweet!
Join us February 16th for Empower Hour!

Are you out working everyone? Overproducing to stay safe on the job or keep the balance at home? Don’t miss this one!

This Empower Hour we’ll be delving into the Producing part of our 3 Ps: Presenting, Performing, and Producing. We will explore “Producing”, how it’s affecting us and what the research says about how it isn’t having the impact we thought it would have in our lives. Let’s continue to raise awareness about the behaviors that leave us exhausted and demotivated. We can heal and grow together.

Turning a

history

of service

to others

into a

legacy

of self-care.

Black girl magic is real. Black women lead the pack as new entrepreneurs and in educational achievement and are often the first ones in the office and the last to leave while also holding it down at home.

But we have experienced that Black girl magic, bolstered by the myth of the unbreakable spirit of Black women, comes with a price. For generations we have been taught to produce for other people but not to care for ourselves. Now it’s time to turn that magic inward.

PsycleOn Wellness empowers Black women to live authentically and flourish in a space where they can learn and grow, a place to take off the badge of strength and be strengthened.

Looking to learn more about PsycleOn, gain some Ah Ha moments, and chart a path to living the life you deserve? This is the place!
